1. The quotation
herein is subject to a proportionate increase to meet increases of cost of foods,
beverages, and other costs of operation existing at the time of the function by
reason of increase in present commodity labor costs, taxes or currency values.
2. In arranging for every function, total attendance must be finalized
by noon, 2 weeks in advance of the function date. This number will be considered
a guarantee, not subject to reduction, and charges will be made accordingly. Gourmet
Food and Services cannot be responsible for services to a more than ten (10) percent
increase over the guarantee.
3. All federal, State, and municipal taxes which may be imposed are applicable
to this agreement and to the services rendered by Gourmet Food and Services.
4. When the function is accepted by the host, fifty (50) percent will be
paid in advance for the reservation of the date.
5. Gourmet Food and Services reserves the right to cancel the function
if payment conditions are not met.
6. In case of inclement weather, Gourmet Food and Services may be rescheduled
without any penalty charge to a mutually agreeable date, notification of any change
in date or time of service must be made 3 weeks before the event.
7. Gourmet Food and Services provide: chefs, waiters, bartenders, and more.
The contractor cleans up debris incidental to preparation and service of menu
selections. Should area/room clean up be desired, Gourmet Food and Services will
be charge for this extra service.
8. In case of total cancellation, the contractor loses the deposit.
9. Not refundable if written notice cancellation is received less than
3 months prior to the event. All deposits will be surrendered if the reserved
date is cancelled and not replaced by an equal/greater-valued function on the
same date.
